Bryan Wilson has work in private collections up and down the East Coast, has work in permanent collections in Charlotte and elsewhere, and continues to exhibit nationally and internationally. He is recipient of three Elizabeth Greenshields Foundation grants (which allowed him to travel to Rome this summer). He has a studio at Vapa Center Uptown. Bryan currently teaches full time at Northwest School of the Arts in Charlotte, where his students gain admission to top art schools (ie-RISD, Pratt, Ringling, Parsons) and thrive.
Bryan will be sharing insights on painting a basic all’a prima portrait. These insights include working with and choosing an appropriate palette, working with oils, and tips for painting the head from life.” Aug 12 1p-4p. $100 per member and $110 non-member. Limit of 10 participants.
